  • Full Client Details i.e. ABN/TFN/Address/Contact Phone Numbers/Emails/DOB/Correct name of entity/Bank Details

  • LOE/General Form of Authority/Ethical Letter

  • Trust Deed/Partnership Agreements

  • List Trustees and Beneficiaries for Trusts

  • List of Directors and Public Officers for Company

  • List of Partners for Partnership

  • Previous years tax returns

ITR Basic:

  • Interview Checklist

  • Prefill/Interest Statement/Revenue Statement/PAYGI Statement from ATO Portal/Dividends

  • Previous NOA 

  • Copy of Previous Tax Return

  • Details of spouse and spouses income

  • Details of dependants

  • List of deductable expenses or receipts

  • List of other income (including actual statements) e.g. Statement of Payments for Income Protection Insurance, Director Payment Statement

  • Private Health Insurance Statements

  • Payment Summaries

  • Signed copy of the Tax Return and ELD and Fee From Refund if applicable

  • Purchase/Sale of assets details

ITR Investment:

  • As per ITR Basic 

  • Rental Income Statements

  • Loan Statements

  • Dividend Statements

  • Details of any investment (e.g. Shares) Purchases or Sales

  • Quantitative Surveyors Report

  • Any Depreciation Schedule for previous year and current year

  • Receipts for Expenses and Capital improvements

  • Purchase Contract for the property

  • Sale Contract for the property

  • Capital Gains Schedule

ITR Sole Trader:

  • As per ITR Basic

  • Bank Statements or a Bank Rec plus last Bank Statement

  • Business Loan/Credit Card Statements

  • Detailed list of Income and expenses or Invoices & Receipts

  • Detailed list of any Assets purchased or sold

  • Any Depreciation Schedule for previous year and current year

  • Reconciliation of ICA and GST Accounts

  • Reconciliation of PAYGW/Salaries/Super and Leave Accounts (if applicable)

PTR/TTR/CTR:

  • Return processing checklists

  • Copy of previous years Financial Statements and Tax Return (First year of new client)

  • Bank Statements or a Bank Rec plus last Bank Statement

  • Business Loan/Credit Card Statements

  • Detailed list of Income and expenses or Invoices & Receipts

  • Detailed list of any Assets purchased or sold

  • Any Depreciation Schedule for previous year and current year
