Hi Chris. I'm using Xero. by creating a NANE income account, this will throw out the profit/loss as Xero will recognise these transactions as taxable incomes. What you're suggesting is the profit loss report in Xero will be wrong, and there's no way around it?

Hi Chris, Thank you for your reply. As NANE is not assessable and is therefore tax free, it shouldn't be in the Profit and Loss? Where do you have them sitting in the Balance Sheet?
